All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Tenpai.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, graphics, music, design elements, code, and branding, is the property of Tenpai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.

3. User Input

The App allows users to enter a player name for gameplay purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use offensive, harmful, or unlawful names
  • Impersonate another person
  • Use names that violate intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to restrict or modify features if misuse occurs.

4. Gameplay & Scores

Tenpop is a skill-based game designed for entertainment.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Preservation of locally stored scores if the App is deleted

Game data is stored locally on your device.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenpai disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenpai shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or scores
  • Device performance issues

Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the App (if any)

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
